ShenZhen Ruziniu Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as RZN ) was founded in 1984 as the former Xiamen Branch of the Fourth Navigation Affairs Bureau of Communication Ministry of China. It was changed into ShenZhen Ruziniu Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd. in 1999 with 100,000,000 RMB registered capital. RZN became a certified company for overseas contracting, relevant equipment and material export and labour output granted by Shenzhen Economy, Trade and Information Commission, and a preselected contractor enterprise for government funded projects in 2006.
